ARPA Parks Forum: Trade Show Registration

Becoming a trade show exhibitor at the 2026 Parks Forum on March 19 allows you to interact directly with forum delegates and ARPA members. This is an excellent opportunity to connect face-to-face with current and future customers while showcasing your products and services.

 

Your booth includes:

  • One 6' table and 2 chairs

  • Lunch on the day of the trade show for up to 2 representatives

  • Electrical Access for your setup

  • Free WiFi

  • Networking Opportunities with industry leaders and attendees

  • Collecting of leads via a prize draw at your booth (prize provided by vendor)

  • Convenient Location: booths are located in the central food and education area for maximum exposure and ease of access

The schedule for the trade show will run all day throughout the program.

 Trade Show Lunch March 19 12:15-1:00pm
 Trade Show Reception March 19 6:00-6:30pm

Trade Show Booth Pricing:

  • ARPA Members: $750
  • Non-Members: $1,000
  • Non-Profit/Educational ARPA Members: $500
